Booking & Access

Visit our booking page and select your preferred bay, date, and time slot. You can book sessions from 1 to 3 hours. Payment is collected at checkout via credit card. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation and your unique door code by email.

When you complete your booking, we generate a unique access code just for your session. The code activates at your booking start time and expires when your session ends. Simply enter the code on the keypad at the front door to let yourself in. Each code is single-use and tied to your specific booking.

Your door code only activates during your booked time slot, so you won't be able to enter early. We recommend arriving right at your start time to get the most out of your session. If you'd like to extend, you can book additional time through the app if the slot after yours is available.

You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your session start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of the session are non-refundable. You can manage your bookings from your member dashboard.

Yes — by design. The facility is fully self-service. You book online, receive your door code, and let yourself in. The bays are set up and ready to go. This model lets us offer longer hours, lower prices, and a private experience. If you ever need help, you can reach us by email and we'll respond promptly.

Equipment & Simulators

We use GSPro, which offers over 200 courses including famous layouts like Pebble Beach, St Andrews, and Augusta National. GSPro also includes driving ranges, closest-to-the-pin challenges, and detailed shot analysis. It's one of the most popular and accurate golf simulation platforms available.

Every bay is equipped with an Uneekor EYE XO2 — a high-speed overhead camera-based launch monitor that tracks ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, club path, and more with exceptional accuracy. The EYE XO2 is used by professional fitters and coaches worldwide.

Yes, please bring your own clubs. We don't currently provide loaner sets. If you're new to golf and don't have clubs yet, we recommend picking up a basic starter set — you don't need anything fancy to have a great time on the simulator.

You're welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks. We ask that you keep the bay clean and dispose of any trash before you leave. Please avoid anything that could damage the turf, screens, or equipment.

Pricing & Payments

Drop-in sessions are $50 per hour per bay. If you play regularly, punch cards and memberships offer significant savings. A 10-pack punch card brings the cost down to $40 per session, and membership plans start at $79 per month. Visit our pricing page for full details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Payment is collected at the time of booking. We don't accept cash at the facility since it's unstaffed.

Punch cards are pre-paid session packs. Buy a 5-pack or 10-pack at a discounted rate, then redeem one punch each time you book. Each punch covers a 60-minute session. The 10-pack is our best value at $40 per session (20% off the regular $50 rate). Punch cards have an expiration date, so use them within the timeframe.

Individual bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 2 hours before the session. Punch card purchases and membership payments are non-refundable, but unused punch card sessions remain valid until expiration. If there's an issue with your experience, contact us and we'll make it right.

Memberships

We offer several tiers: Off-Peak ($79/month for 15 hours of weekday daytime access), Standard ($129/month for 20 hours with overage rates), and Unlimited ($199/month for unrestricted play). We also have a locked-in Founding Member rate at $99/month for unlimited play. Each tier includes different perks like guest passes and tournament discounts.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time from your member dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.

No, included hours reset each billing cycle. If you have the Standard plan with 20 hours per month and only use 12, the remaining 8 hours don't carry over. If you consistently have unused hours, consider switching to a plan that better fits your usage.

When you book a session as a member, the system automatically applies your membership benefits. Unlimited members pay nothing per session. Included-hours members have their hours deducted automatically, with overage rates applied if you exceed your allotment. You'll always see the pricing before you confirm.

We're located at 1234 Cedar Hills Blvd, Portland, OR 97229. The facility is easily accessible from Highway 26 and has dedicated parking.

Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Friday: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Sunday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can book any available slot within these hours.

Yes, there is free parking available directly in front of the facility. The lot is well-lit for evening and early morning sessions.
