Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information. We retain only Stripe customer identifiers and payment reference IDs for transaction records.
Booking and Usage Data
We collect information about your bay reservations, including dates, times, duration, and cancellation history.
Facility Access Data
As an unstaffed facility, we generate unique door access codes for each booking. We log access code generation and entry timestamps to maintain facility security.
Liability Waiver
We collect your digital signature, the date signed, and the waiver version you accepted.
Membership and Loyalty Data
We track your membership tier, billing history, status changes, loyalty points, badges earned, and tier progress.
Punch Card and Promo Code Usage
We record punch card purchase history, usage, and promo code redemptions.
Device and Browser Information
We collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device type, IP address, and user agent string. This information is used for security purposes (rate limiting, threat detection) and to ensure proper functionality.

- Vercel — application hosting and privacy-friendly analytics
- Neon — database hosting (PostgreSQL)
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and web security
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.

- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or cross-site tracking. Vercel Analytics, which we use for basic usage statistics, is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies.
